Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimates but actual delivery times are outside of our control.
DELIVERY COSTS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Delivery costs will be calculated according to the given delivery address and can be previewed after checkout. Please note:
EU: All packages are shipped on DDP (delivery and duty paid) basis, therefore all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside EU: Shipping rates do not include customs or import duties. Please be advised, that it is your responsibility to pay customs duties and taxes that may apply upon shipping to your destination country.
SHIPPING
If you wish to make a return, please send an e-mail request to helloEdaEditions@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, including completely intact (not cut) original label tags.
Upon arrival, we will notify you, if your return has been accepted or not. Refund payments will be transferred with the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
Please note, that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes lingerie, sales items, made-to-order and custom products. We do not refund shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred by returns.
